The road to unseating Governor Sununu begins now!
For the Zoom link, send Knute an email: knute4nh@yahoo.com He’ll respond with the link.
State Senator Dr. Tom Sherman (D-Rye) wants to be Governor. It’s always great to get to know people who want to help DEMs succeed! The Greater Ossipee DEMs have invited him to tell us about himself. And we’re inviting YOU — DEMs throughout the county — to join us. If Sununu is to be defeated come November, we need to get to know candidates! We hope you will have an interest in getting to know the people.
On Monday, April 4th at 7 PM — for 1 hour — let’s get to know Senator Sherman.
Come with ears to listen and questions that are on your heart. Invite others to do so too! Let’s show candidates running for state office in NH who we are!
Thanks to Bill Marsh — the person who will unseat Jeb Bradley in November! He will introduce Tom Sherman. And thanks to the Carroll County DEMs for allowing the Greater Ossipee DEMs to use their Zoom account.
Make the time. You’ll be glad you did. Thank for joining us.
Again, for the Zoom link, send Knute an email: knute4nh@yahoo.com He’ll respond with the link.

Wolfeboro had a Special Election on May 23rd. We now have a terrific new NH State Rep, Edie DesMarais: check her out at EdieforWolfeboro.com or visit and like her page on Facebook. You helped us make history, and added a savvy, hard working Democrat to the NH House and the Carroll County Delegation! Thanks for all that you do.
We had a great meeting on January 23rd with a lot of new faces wanting to know how they can stand up to the Trump and Sununu Administrations. To do that we’ve started working on Activists Workshops. The first one was on February 2nd at the Moultonborough Library and covered social media.
Our next general meeting will on Monday February 27th at the Wolfeboro Inn in Wolfeboro. The Campaign for a Family Friendly Economy will be joining us. We will also hear from Edie DesMarais, our candidate in the upcoming Special Election to fill one of Wolfeboro’s NH House seats.
Starting in March we will be hosting an Activist Workshop each month at the Conway Public Library. On Saturday March 11th at 1pm Bob Gillette, formerly of Radio Free Europe, will be discussing best practices and techniques for writing a Letter to the Editor of your local newspaper.
We will have more information on the topics and presenters soon but the dates for the April and May workshops are Saturday April 15th and May 13th, both at 1pm. Please follow our Facebook page to stay up to date on our ongoing efforts to hold the administrations in Concord and Washington accountable!
